We're looking for a Chief Moderator for IPEM's Clinical Technologist Training Scheme.
Every Clinical Technologist Training Scheme (CTTS) trainee is allocated two moderators: one external and one supporting. Moderators play a vital role in the success of the training scheme and those who enrol on it. They guide new trainees through their training and development by providing an external source of support and guidance to those who are new to the profession.
The work of the Chief Moderator plays a vital role in supporting the training scheme, those who enrol on it and the volunteers who facilitate it. The Chief Moderator is a point of contact for Moderators, Training Coordinators and trainees and is there to advise and make decisions relating to training centres and trainees on an individual basis.
